Your privacy is a personal and fundamental right. First Call For Help values and protects your privacy and places strict controls on the gathering and using of personally identifiable information.

Your personal information is not disclosed, made available, or otherwise used for purposes other than those specified at the time of collection, except with your consent or as authorized by law or regulation. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

All personal information submitted to First Call For Help is secured against loss, damage, modification, unauthorized access, or disclosure as required by Federal and Missouri law. Information voluntarily provided by you will be protected by the appropriate computer, network, and Internet technical security controls at the employee and departmental level to prevent unauthorized access. Some of these security controls are: password and user identification verification, data encryption, confidential transmissions, secure storage areas, and audit trails.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, First Call For Help implements and annually updates appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. First Call For Help employees are educated regarding the requirements of working with confidential and personally identifiable information as well as the consequences of misuse.
